摘要
随着制造业水平的提高,工业清洗领域对精密清洗剂的性能提出了更高的要求。主要介绍了含氟化合物在不同类型精密清洗剂中的主要性能和应用,并针对不同应用领域对精密清洗剂的性能要求进行了论述。提出了未来含氟清洗剂在精密清洗领域的发展方向,对含氟化合物在精密清洗领域的应用进行了总结和展望。
With the improvement in the manufacturing technology,the industrial cleaning field poses challenges for the performance of precision cleaning agents.This paper summarizes the main properties and applications of fluorine-containing compounds in various types of precision cleaning agents.The performance requirements of precision cleaning agents for different application areas are also discussed.Based on the discussion,the development trend for the precision cleaning agents is suggested.Finally,the summary and prospect about the application of fluorine-containing compounds in the field of precision cleaning are provided.
