薄件大直径内孔槽线切割加工的工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 线切割加工薄件大孔槽时,对称度要求高时必须对中之后切割。由于对中时间很长影响加工效率,再加上线切割难以保证薄件加工粗糙度,从而影响加工零件质量,严重影响整个总装进程。针对这些问题,对薄件大孔径槽的加工工艺进行改进,并设计专用工装。实验证明,对中时间可以减少到1/80,切割槽的精度和对称度得到有效保证,提高了加工效率,保证了加工零件质量,对很多类似零件加工具有借鉴作用。 Cutting large diameter hole groove of thin workpieces with Hs-wedm,when there is demand for symmetry,centering is required.Because centering will take long time,it reduces the cutting efficiency,and the surface roughness of thin workpieces becomes bad,the quality and assembly process are greatly influnced.This article makes improvements in the manufacturing process aim at cutting large diameter hole groove of thin workpieces,and designs the special fixture,experiments prove that the centering time has been greatly reduced and the accuracy and symmetry have been improved,working efficiency heightenes and guarantees the quality of product,this method can be used in cutting other workpieces.
