电火花线切割加工黄铜内孔槽的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对高速走丝电火花线切割加工有色金属(主要是铝、铜和银)时,电极丝极易粘附加工屑,严重影响加工零件的表面粗糙度,特别是薄壁内孔槽的加工,在对称度要求较高而内孔较大时对中时间很长的问题,以黄铜加工为例,进行了一系列的工艺改进,并设计了专用工装夹具。实验证明对中时间大大缩短,切割零件的表面粗糙度得到改善,进而提高加工效率,保证了加工零件的质量。 Hs-wedm cutting the nonferrous metal(including the following main metal:aluminium, brass and silver),it is easy for wire to adhere mental dust,more machining time taken,more mental dust adhered,this phenomenon makes surface roughness greater,it is more difficult in cutting thin workpiece,especially for hole groove,when there is command for symmetry and the hole is big, centering will take long time.How to solve the problem is a project for Hs-WEDM cutting,This article makes improvements in the manufacturing process aim at cutting brass,and designs the special fixture, experiments prove that the centering time has been greatly reduced and surface roughness has been improved,working efficiency heightened and guaranteer the quality of product.
