摘要
讨论了在线切割机床上使用的一种自行设计的三坐标通用数控夹具 ,可实现工件自动找正 ,扩大现有机床的三维加工能力 ,介绍了夹具的硬件和软件结构。
s:This paper discusses an self designed universal 3D CNC fixture for CNC wire cut EDM. It can be used to set the workpiece automatically. By use of such fixture, the 3D machining function can be extanded. The hardware and software of the fixture are introduced in this paper.
