摘要
针对较大圆柱内孔直径现场测量中出现的测量难度大、测量精度不高的问题,利用圆的自动对中性,设计了一种适用于在生产车间使用的圆柱内孔直径的测量装置。该测量装置结构简单、成本低、测量效率较高,在实际使用中收到满意效果。
A new measuring apparatus is designed for inner diameter measuring of large cylinder holes to solve the problems in efficiency and precision of measuring.It has the ability to automatic adjust the measuring position and increase the measuring efficiency and precision.The measuring apparatus has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and high measuring efficiency.It has achieved satisfied result in the practical use.
