摘要
应用轧钢厂生产批量计划的理论方法,从热轧带钢的实际生产工艺出发,建立了热轧生产批量的具体模型·对模型参数的结构进行了分析,给出了模型参数的具体表达,并应用遗传算法用来求解热轧带钢生产计划问题·组合了运筹学与人机协调系统,开发了实验性原形系统·这个系统不但改进热轧调度的质量,由调度系统产生的热轧调度优于手工系统产生的调度,平均改进在20%以上,而且降低了产生热轧调度的时间·
A concrete model for production lot planning of hot rolling strip was constructed based on practical production process and general method of production lot planning of steel rolling plant. By analyzing model parameters, a specific representation of the model parameter was given. The genetic algorithms were successfully applied to production lot planning of the hot rolling strip. An experimental original system has been developed by combining operational research with human-machine cooperation technology. This system has two benefits: (1) improving hot rolling scheduling quality. Hot rolling schedules created by the new system are superior to that produced by the manual system. The average improvement by the new system is over 20% in comparison with old system (manual system); (2) reducing the time taken by creating the hot rolling schedules.
