基于智能优化的钢铁生产计划与调度研究 被引量:17

摘要 钢铁工业是工业经济中的重要基础工业,它能够为建筑、汽车、机械和其它工业提供基本原材料,因此钢铁工业也是工业经济的实质和主要部分。虽然有效的钢铁生产计划与调度对于降低成本和能源消耗的重要性不比其它工业弱。但是钢铁生产计划与调度研究还没有引起生产和作业管理研究者象对待机械和电子工业一样的广泛重视。与机械制造业相比,钢铁生产计划与调度由于存在工件成组和优先级约束、以及工件高温引起的高等待费用等特征。这些特征进一步增加了钢铁生产计划与调度的难度。本文综述了我们在钢铁生产计划与调度的理论与方法方面的研究成果,主要目的是在这个有希望的领域刺激更多的研究。 Iron and steel industry ,which provides raw and semi-finished materials for construction, automobile, machinery industries and so on, is an important basic industry in the industrial economy, and is an essential and sizable sector for industrialized economies. The importance of effective planning and scheduling in this industry to the cost, energy reduction and environment protection is by no means less than that in other industries, but the planning and scheduling in iron and steel production is not drawn wide attention. Unlike the production planning & scheduling in machinery industry, the production planning & scheduling in iron and steel industry involves job grouping and precedence constraints, and high job waiting costs due to high temperature of jobs, adding the extra difficulties to the planning & scheduling. In this paper, the theories and methods of the planning and scheduling methods proposed by the author on the basis of the stimulation in steel industry were reviewed.
