摘要
研究了钢铁企业MES的核心环节—冶、铸、轧一体化批量计划的编制问题,其目标是为了满足现代的热送热装工艺要求,编制出前后工序协调一致的一体化批量计划。给出了一体化计划编制的框架结构,提出基于模型控制和参数控制的两环控制策略来解决冶、铸、轧三大批量计划难以协调匹配的问题,并给出了评价一体化计划的两个重要的指标:数量和次序匹配率。以某钢铁厂的数据为例进行了数据模拟和分析,证明了该方法的有效性,对钢铁企业的计划编制具有一定的指导意义。
The problem of integrated batch planning （IBP） is studied, which is the key issue of MES system in iron and steel industry.The target is to meet the challenges of hot rolling mill with hot metal flow for the process of steehnaking, continuous casting and hot rolling （ SM-CCHR）. The frame of IBP is presented.The control strategy with two loops is proposed. And two indexes named quantity matching ratio （QMR） and sequence matching ratio （SMR） to evaluate the planning result are put forward.The simulation and analysis on the data of a steel Co,show that the proposed technology is available to solve the problem in IBP with supervised significance in the iron and steel industry.
