摘要
从荒管切割的角度研究热轧钢管生产批量计划问题。考虑两个目标 ,第一个目标是使切割后荒管的余料最少 ;第二个目标是使总越级最小。因为热轧钢管的生产批量计划问题是大规模问题 ,所以目标不是求其精确的最优解 ,而是采用遗传算法求其近优解。
This paper deals with production lot planning of steel pipe from the view point of cutting stocks. Two objectives are considered. The first one is to minimize the leftovers and the second one is to minimize total over-grade. We do not need to get the optimal solution because in general, production lot planning of steel pipe is a large scale one. We apply genetic algorithm to get near optimal solution. Experiments are given and further research is presented finally.
