摘要
滚动轴承牙轮钻头因摩擦扭矩小和摩擦发热低, 在与牙轮钻头的高速化进程中具有独特的优势。基于这种认识, 对现用牙轮钻头的圆柱滚子轴承进行了理论研究。从结构设计的角度探讨了采用满装型圆柱滚子轴承结构的可行性; 应用经典弹性理论, 计算了满装型结构的载荷分布; 以基本额定动载荷Cr 作为初期优化的目标函数, 选取4 个设计变量, 分别采用复合形法、内点罚函数法和外点罚函数法对牙轮钻头圆柱滚子轴承进行了优化设计。研究表明, 现用牙轮钻头圆柱滚子轴承的确存在一些有待改进和完善之处; 所编制的结构设计计算、载荷分布和优化设计程序可直接用于对国内各种尺寸滚动轴承钻头的理论研究。
A research of the cylindric roller bearing of the existing rock bit is conducted. The feasibility of the full complement structure is investigated from the point of structure design. By applying the classical elasticity theory, the load distribution of the full complement structure is analyzed. By taking the maximum normal dynamic load as the objective function, the rock bit roller bearing is optimized with four variables. The research shows that the existing rock bit roller bearing should be improved, and relevant programs are developed.
