摘要 文章利用非线性有限元的数学方法,研究了海上水平井钻进中的非线性摩擦扭矩问题。提出了一套有关摩擦扭矩的非线性有限元计算公式,并编制了一套非线性钻柱力学计算程序,在海洋石油总公司所属的南海北部湾一个钻井平台上进行了实际验证,从而得出了一些有启发性的结论。目前国内计算水平井摩阻力的研究很多,但大都集中于计算轴向摩阻力,对于钻柱摩擦扭矩的研究进行得很少,原因之一是国内大多数钻机缺少扭矩的精确测量装置。此文利用了海洋钻井平台上的有利条件,使软件计算精度达到了预期效果。 The problem of the nonlinear frictional torque in the course of offshore horizontal well drilling is analyzed by use of nonlinear finite element method in this paper.A set of nonlinear finite element calculation formulae for frictional torque is proposed and a set of nonlinear mechanical calculation programs for drilling string is composed,which have been verified at a drilling platform under China National Offshore Oil Corporation in the Beibu Gulf,South China Sea,obtaining some inspiring conclusions.At present,many studies of calculating the frictional resistance of horizontal well have been conducted at home,but majority of them were concentrated on the calculation of the axial frictional resistance and the study of the drilling string′s frictional torque is very limited.One of the reasons is that majority of the drilling rigs at home lack accurate measure divice of the torque.In this paper,the software computation accuracy achieves the desired results by taking advantage of offshore drilling platform.
