摘要
本文分析了牙轮钻头滚动轴承的失效形式,从改进系统结构设计、采用新型结构、新型材料和表面强化措施以及提高轴承系统的加工质量等方面阐述了提高该类轴承寿命的措施。
Based on the analysis of failure mode of Rock - bit roller bearing, this paper put forwards the measures for life enhancement from the four aspects, i.e., improving the system structural design, adopting new bearing structure, adopting new bearing materials and surface modification methods, and improving the quality of manufacturing the bearing system.
