摘要
为了降低大圆柱滚子与牙爪轴颈之间的峰值接触应力进而提高牙轮钻头滚动轴承系统的工作性能 ,可以在大圆柱滚子轴承中实施变曲率结构方案。围绕准变曲率、吻合变曲率、间隙变曲率 3种变曲率结构进行了较为系统的理论研究 ,包括载荷分布理论的建立、载荷分布情况的对比以及合理变曲率结构参数的选取等问题。理论研究表明 ,通过使得载荷在各个滚动体之间的分布更趋于均匀 ,实施变曲率结构方案能够降低滚子与滚道之间的接触应力 。
In order to decrease the maximum contact stress be tween roller and journal in the rock-bit main cylindrical roller bearing system , the curvature-changing structure can be adopted in it. We for the first time systematically studied the three kinds of curvature-changing structures, i.e., the pseudo-curvature-changing, the conformable curvature-changing and the cle arance curvature-changing structure. The research work involves the establishme nt of load-distribution theory, the condition of load-distribution and the rea sonable choice of curvature-changing parameters. It is illustrated that, by dis tributing the load among loading rollers more smoothly, the maximum contact stre ss in the curvature-changing structure can be decreased to be much lower than t hat in the conventional structure, thus the contact fatigue life can be improved according to the principle of tribology. From the aspect of contact stress, it is recommended to adopt the clearance curvature-changing structure among the th ree kinds of curvature-changing structures.
