摘要
利用ANSYS W orkbench协同仿真平台,在轴承滚珠和滚道之间采用非线性接触,较好地模拟了转台组件中的轴承连接问题。通过对某大型雷达转台结构部件进行有限元结构静力分析和研究,给出了转台部件的位移和应力分布,以确定结构的安全性。在应力计算结果基础上,对转台进行了整体疲劳分析,指出了系统存在的薄弱环节。研究成果对转台设计优化有一定指导作用。
Taking ANSYS Workbench as a tool, this paper simulates well the bearing-conjunction problem by means of building nonlinear contact between ball and rolling channel of bearing. In order to make sure the platform's structure safety, static finite element analysis has been done on its components, and results of deformation as well as stress distribution are given. Based on the calculated stress, overall fatigue analysis has been carried out to disclose some weak parts of the platform. This mixed research method and conclusions have a certain reference for reliability design and performance improvement of rotating platform in large scale.
