摘要
从构建和完善系统应当解决的主要问题入手,思考并提出应当推动高校建设大型仪器校级平台,建设层次化信息服务系统,引入市场机制加强高校的对外服务,并建立有效的评价与激励机制,引导高校大型仪器开放共享的方向。
After thinking through the main problems of building and promoting the sharing system continuously,this artiele presents the following suggestions： promoting the universities to build their own campus valuable apparatus sharing system,building a multilevel information service platform from the nation＇s system to university＇s system,introducing the market mechanism to strengthen the system＇s service ability for society,establishing effective mechanisms for evaluation and stimulation,and instructing the direction of valuable apparatus sharing of colleges and universities.
