摘要
运用数据包络分析原理,建立了评价高等学校大型仪器设备共享效率的超效率DEA模型.利用该模型以天津市的部分高校为案例进行实证研究.对天津市9所高等学校2003—2005年大型仪器设备利用程度的基础数据分析,并针对发现的问题提出了改进建议.
Basing on the theory of data envelopment analysis, the super-efficiency DEA model is set up. This model is used to evaluate efficiency on equipment shared by many universities in Tianjin. It explores the database of many universities and puts forward the suggestion to improve the efficiency of equipment shared by universities at present.
