摘要
该文通过对高校仪器设备使用现状的分析，提出了分层次、分类别建设设备管理和共享系统，建设可持续发展的技术管理队伍和建设优质资源信息平台等一系列建设性的改革思路和具体措施，并就相关问题提出了进一步的思考。
By analyzing the actual usage of equipment in universities, this paper brings up some reform thoughts and measures, such as, sets up equipment management system and sharing system by different levels and classes, builds up the continuing advancing technical staff of equipment management, constructs the high quality resources sharing information platform and so on. By the end, this paper gives out some farther thinking to correlative questions.
