摘要
清华大学在长期的教学科研工作中坚持开展大型仪器开放共享工作，重视发挥效益评价和激励机制的作用，重视技术队伍的建设，采取多种措施开展大型仪器资源的建设、整合与开放共享。通过20年持续不断的努力，在校内逐步建立了大型仪器公共服务体系，营造出一个有利于大型仪器开放共享的环境，并取得了较好的成效，同时也存在一些制约其继续发展的问题。随着“十一五”建设的开展，清华大学的大型仪器开放共享将与时俱进，加强体系建设和全面规划，加强对外开放服务，为学科发展和国民经济建设提供更加有力的技术支撑。
Tsinghua University insisted on sharing of valuable large instruments and equipments in the education and research work in a long time. Many ways, such as benefit evaluation, awarding, technician training, fund support, were used to promote instruments centralizing and optimizing for sharing. Based on twenty years＇ hard work, a sharing system and an environment in favor of instruments sharing was built up, some exciting achievements were gained. At the same time, some problems blocking the development of the sharing system were emerged too. With the beginning of the National＇ Eleventh Five-Program, Tsinghua University will continue their effort on constructing the sharing system, supporting the university＇ s teaching and researching work, and providing better service to the nation＇ s development.
