Teaching supervision,the important component of teaching quality guarantee system in college,is the connection among administrators,teachers and students,and the important guarantee to keep teaching system,strengthen administration and deepen teaching reform. To achieve substantial success in teaching supervision,the proper supervision method,scientific evaluation system, sensitive information collecting and feed-backlng mechanism,and suited policy must be established.
