摘要
通过单因素和正交试验,对影响桑果色素提取的因素及提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明:桑果色素溶剂萃取效果好于微波和超声波提取。色素提取的最佳条件为:80%乙醇、料液比1:3(g/mL)、浸提温度30℃、浸提时间0.25 h;各因素的影响大小依次为:料液比>乙醇浓度>浸提时间>浸提温度。
The monofactorial and orthogonal experiments of extracting mulberry pigment were carried out to study the effects of extraction factors and conditions on the extraction result. The experiments showed that the effects of solvent extractions were better than those of microwave and ultrasonic extractions;the optimal extraction conditions were 80% ethanol solution, material-liquid ratio of 1 to 3(g/mL),and extraction at 30℃ for 0.25 h;and the descending order of influencing factors was material-liquid ratio〉ethanol concentration〉extraction time.extraction temperature.
