摘要
采用化学气相沉积(CVD)法在1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢表面获得与基体结合良好的致密的TiN涂层。经测定表层为TiN,厚度为4μm,显微硬度2150_2450HK0.03。次表层为低碳马氏体,硬度为390_410HV0.03。试验结果表明,在无振动、无冲击作用下,TiN涂层比碳氮共渗层具有更好的耐磨性,但其抗振动损伤能力较低。
Abstract Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel is coated with chemical vapor deposition (CVD). A well bonded and condensed surface layer is TiN. Its thickness is 4μm. The microhardness of TiN is 2150_2450 HK 0.03 . Subsurface layer is low carbon martensite. Its hardness is 390_410HV 0.03 . Results of the test show that TiN coating has better wear resistance than carbonitriding layer of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel under the conditions free from vibration and impact, but its vibrational damage resistance is relatively lower.
