摘要
研究了渗扩氮中温转变对Cr12MoV钢的显微组织、扩氮层的显微硬度和心部力学性能的影响。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢经渗扩氮中温转变复合强韧化处理后,其显微组织细化,组织分布和显微硬度分布优异,力学性能明显提高,模具使用寿命显著延长.
The influence of bainitic transformation of die steel or12Mov prenitrided and diffused on microstructureand microhardness distribution, and mechanical properties at core of steel Cr12MoV was studied. With treated, the fined structure, the excellent distribution of microstructure and hardness, the higher mechanical properties and longer service life of die steel CrlZMoV treated were obtained.
