摘要
对不同工模具钢TiN涂层的相组成、力学性能及与工模具基体强韧化工艺协调性的试验研究结果说明,利用PVD技术形成的TiN涂层适用于多数工模具钢的表面强化,对扩大TiN硬化膜的应用范围和提高工模具表面质量具有重要的实际意义。
The microstructure and properties of the coatings on various tool steels by PVD have been studied. Furthermore, the harmony of the PVD process with the strengthening and toughening process of molds and dies substrate have been studied as wel1. The results show that,the TiN coatings by PVD process is valid for the surface strengthening of the most tool and die steels. These experiments and results also possess an important practical meaning in extension the application range of the TiN film and in surface quality improvement of tools,dies and molds.
