摘要 应用胰蛋白酶处理技术,对梅山猪、长·梅猪、汉·(长·梅)猪和杜·(长·梅)猪的染色体G带进行研究。将四个类型家猪染色体划分为54个区,255条带,并绘制了G带模式图。 The G-banding of chromosomes in Meisan swine (M),the two-way hybrid of Landrace with M(L'M) ,the three-way hybrid of Hampshire with L'M[H-(L'M)],and the three-way hybrid of Duroc with L M[D (L M)]were analysed using the technique of proteolytic enzyme trypsin. The number and shape of G-bands on the autosomes were not significantly different among these four types of swine . M,L'M and D'(L'M) had the same G-band number, p3q2, on the X chromosome, while it was plql for H'(L'M). The G-banding idiogram of the 38 chromosomes has been drawn (Fig. 1), showing 54 regions and 255 bands .
