摘要
提出一种固态连续蒸馏工艺,制作固态蒸馏实验装置,进行了从固态发酵甜高粱秸杆中连续蒸馏制取乙醇的实验,分析了不同装料高度下乙醇馏出浓度随时间的变化规律。
A technology of continuous distillation of solid state was proposed,an experimental apparatus of solid state distillation was made,an experiment was conducted of extracting ethanol from fermented sweet sorghum stalks in continuous distillation,and the change law of distilled ethanol concentration varying with time was analyzed under different feed heights.The result shows that three-stage type apparatuses could satisfy the requirements of continuous operation.
