摘要
基于教师专业化发展对培养研究型教师的时代需求和对我国教师培养中现实问题的反思,探索了"创造式参与、研究型活动、实践性学习"研究型教师培养"项目学习"教学模式"。项目学习"教学模式的基本特征为,选题方向上强调实用性,研究方法上体现实证性,实施过程中强调能力的生成。实践表明,"项目学习"教学模式在培养师范生研究能力、专业发展能力,促进教师科研水平提高及教学与科研相结合等方面具有重要作用。
Based on the times requirement of cuhivating research-oriented teachers raised by teachers' professional development and the reflection of the problems existing in teacher education in China, we have carried out the research of teaching mode about "project study" for the cultivation of research-oriented teachers which focused on "creative participating, research-oriented activities and practical study". The characteristics of "project study" are as follows: research topic emphasized on practicability, research method gave expression to positivity, implementation process emphasized on generation of ability. The practice has verified that the teaching mode of "project study" has played an important role in cultivating students" abilities of research, professional development, and improving teachers" abilities of research, as well as combining teaching with science research, etc.
