摘要
提出了一种适用于无游梁抽油机的新型传动机构——行星齿环传动。该传动机构主要由上下齿条和左右半内齿轮构成的封闭形状和行星轮组成,行星轮分别与齿条和内齿轮啮合,带动该机构直线往复运动。该文通过建立行星齿环传动机构的运动学分析模型。导出了其系杆和齿环滑决速度、加速度计算公式。在行星齿环式无游梁抽油机方案设计的基础上,研制出该抽油机的小型样机,并对样机的运动性能进行了数值分析和试验研究。研究表明该传动机构具有良好的运动特性。
A kind of new mechanical transmission-the planetary ringy gear transmission is introdueed. This trans- mission mechanism is mainly composed of a planetary gear and a closed structure consisting of two racks and two semi- inner gear wheels, the planetary gear meshes respectively with the racks and inner gear wheels and drives this mecha- nism to reciprocate linearly. The calculating formulae for the speed and the acceleration of the tie rod and the ringy gear crosshead are induced based on the kinetic model of the transmission mechanism. The small-scale prototype of the plan- etary ringy gear non-beam overground unit of the pumping system in the field is carried out based on the scheme design, and the numeric analysis and the experimentation research on the kinetic character of the small-scale prototype are pres- ented. The research proves that this transmission mechanism possesses the excellent kinetic character.
