摘要
为了提高聚驱抽油机井系统效率,修改并完善了其产量预测方法,建立了系统效率优化模型,确定出可选方案.现场应用结果表明大庆第一采油厂聚驱井优化设计施工234口,其中地面参数调整189口,作业施工45口,优化后平均日耗电减少20.56kWh,平均系统效率提高6.24%,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益.
In order to improve the system effectiveness in polymer flooding pump wells, the method of production projection has been perfected and the optimization model has been established to design projects. The model has been used in 234 wells in Oil Recovery Plant No.1 (45 with pump-changing, 234 with parameter-changing). After application the average power consuming was reduced by 20.56 percent and the average effectiveness increased by 6.24 percent.
