摘要
根据现场抽油实践对长冲程抽油机的要求,提出发展我国长冲程抽油机必须注意解决抽油机的往复换向问题,选择合适的传动元件,选用可靠的安全保险装置。认为发展游梁式长冲程抽油机仍是近期的主要方向。建议研制塔架滚筒式胶带传动的长冲程抽油机。
According to the requirements for long stroke pumping units from ficld practice, the author points out that, for promoting the development of long stroke pumping units, attcntions should be paid to optimal reversing mechanism, proper driving component and reliable safety device. The author thinks that the development of long stroke beam-type pumping units is still the main trend in the near future and offers a suggestion on the research and development of derrick-drum-type belt-driven long stroke pumping units.
