中华骨髓库湖北分库汉族志愿者HLA-DRB1高分辨基因多态性分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的检测中华骨髓库湖北分库汉族志愿者HLA-DRB1高分辨基因型,了解其基因多态性分布特点。方法采用序列特异性寡核苷酸探针聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSOP)技术对分库1 013名汉族志愿者进行HLA-DRB1高分辨分型。结果共检出HLA-DRB1基因型(低分辨型)12个,检出基因亚型(高分辨型)37个,其中前5位依次为DRB1*0901、DRB1*1501、DRB1*0803、DRB1*1202、DRB1*0401,其基因频率分布与中国台湾慈济脐血库、日本、东欧裔美国人比较,存在统计学差异。结论中华骨髓库湖北分库汉族志愿者HLA-DRB1高分辨基因频率分布相对集中,其基因多态性与中国台湾、日本、东欧裔美国人存在显著性差异。
