摘要
目的对内蒙古鄂温克族人群人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)Ⅱ类基因DRB1位点进行基因型检测。方法采用DNA序列分析的分型技术(sequencing basedtyping,SBT),对84名鄂温克族个体进行分析。结果DRB1等位基因中,共检出25种等位基因,内蒙古鄂温克族以DRB103011(14·88%)的频率最高,其次为DRB109012(13.69%)、07011(8.92%)、04011(9.52%)、12011(8·33%)。结论鄂温克族人群中HLA-DRB1分布特征有其独特性,为本民族的人类学及疾病相关性研究提供了重要的参考依据。
Objective To study the HLA-DRB1 genetic polymorphism in the Ewenki of Inner mongolia. Methotis HIA-DRB1 allele polymorphisms in 84 normal Ewenki were determined by PCR with sequencing based typing (SBT). Results Twenty-five HIA-DRB1 alleles were observed. The allele frequency of HIA-DRB1 * 03011 (14. 88%) is the highest; the allele frequencies of iliA -DRB1 * 09012 (13.69%), DRB1 * 07011(8.92%), DRB1 * 04011(9.52%) and DRB1 * 12011(8.33%) are lower. Conclusion The distribution of HIA-DRB1 alleles frequencies in normal Ewenki from Inner Mongolia exhibits a unique profile, which is of important reference value for studies on anthropology and related illnesses in Ewenki population.
