摘要
高等教育质量标准是多样性与统一性的结合。多样性的质量标准是高等教育大众化的必然结果,而统一性的质量标准又是保证高等教育质量的迫切要求,两种标准的和谐统一是我国高等教育发展的应然选择。
The higher education quality standards should be a combination of diversity and uniformity.The diversity of quality standards is the inevitable result of the mass higher education;the uniformity of quality standards is the urgent requirement for ensuring the higher education quality.Therefore,the harmony unity of two kinds of standards is an ought-to-be choice for the higher education development in China.
