摘要
职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责。《教育规划纲要》实施十年来,职业教育战线在发展规模、体系建设、类型特色、服务贡献等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。然而职业教育在中职在校生规模、师资队伍建设、校企合作深度、管理体制机制等方面仍然存在亟待解决的问题。建议完善"职普比大体相当"政策、加强现代职教体系建设、加强教师队伍建设、深化产教融合校企合作、加大县职教中心建设力度、加强职业教育宣传和研究等工作,做好职业教育"十四五"规划,准确把握2035年远景目标,建设高质量职业教育体系,办好人民满意的教育。
Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resources development,which shoulders important responsibility of training diversified talents,passing on technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship.In the 10 years since the implementation of the"National Outline of Education Planning",vocational education has made remarkable achievements in developing scale,system construction,type characteristics,service contribution and so on.However,there are still some problems to be solved in vocational education,such as the scale of students,the construction of teaching staff,the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the mechanism of management system.It is suggested that we should improve the policy of"the ratio of vocational education to general education",strengthen the construction of modern vocational education system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the integration of industry and education,strengthen the construction of the county vocational education center,strengthen the propaganda and research of vocational education,etc.,so as to make good use of the 14 th five-year plan for vocational education,accurately grasp the 2035 vision,build a high-quality vocational education system,and deliver education to the satisfaction of the people.
