摘要
世纪之交的高等教育大发展使我国一跃成为名副其实的世界高等教育大国,高等教育大众化的进一步发展客观上要求我们重视高等教育质量问题。统一性和多样性是高等教育质量内在的两个方面,我国要从高等教育质量多样性与统一性的相互关联中寻求提升高等教育质量的有关策略。
At the turn of the century, the great development of China＇s higher education has become a truly great power in the world of higher education, and the further development of mass higher education is the objective requirements of the importance that we should pay attention to the quality of higher education. The unity and diversity of higher education is an inherent quality of the two sides of China＇s higher education quality from the unity and diversity of interrelated seek to enhance the quality of higher education strategy.
