摘要
高等教育大众化的前提是多样化 ,但多样化不是随意化 ,不能没有基本的质量标准。实现多样性和统一性的结合是国际高等教育发展的重要经验。我国要实现高等教育大众化 ,改革的主导方向应是打破“大一统”,发展“多样性”。
The premise of mass higher education is variety, but it doesn't mean that the standard could be randomized. On the contrary, we must oppose the inclination to degrade the standard level of quality. It's an important experience for international higher education to integrate the variety and unity. To implement China's mass higher education, the main task is to break through the past unique standard and develop the culture of variety, to induce and encourage different characteristics in running the institutions of higher learning.
