摘要
随着深井/超深井、复杂结构井钻井增加,普通钻杆已无法满足大钻压、高泵压和大扭矩钻井的需要,因此双台肩钻具凭借其优良的密封性能和抗扭性能得到油田的认可。但双台肩螺纹的设计、修扣制约着其使用性能,因此针对钻具螺纹接头轴对称特点以及所承受复合载荷的特点,应用接触力学理论建立了将三维问题退化为拟三维问题的有限元半解析法并编制有限元软件,可确定双台肩钻杆接头的公差及其紧扣扭矩。同时,对双台肩钻杆接头在紧扣扭矩的力学性能进行了应变测试,实验结果与软件分析结果一致,说明该理论模型是可靠的。
With increasing the ultra-deep and the complex wells, the common API tool joint could not satisfy the drilling requirements of the large WOB, high pump pressure and large torque. The double-shouldered tool joint are used more in the oilfield because it's excellent sealing property and torsional behavior. However designing and repairing for the double shoulder tool joint restrict its using. In this paper, according to the characteristics of axis symmetry and combined load of the tool joint, the semi - analytical model is established, by which the 3 - D FEA model of the tool joint can be changed into the pseudo - 3D model and the FEA software is programmed. Then the tolerance and the makeup torque could be defined. Meanwhile, the strain test of the tool joint make up torque has proved the valdity of the modle and the software, double shoulder tool joint to determine the makeup torque, the results of the experiment are consistent with the software analysis results, which indicates that the theoretical model in the paper is reliable.
