摘要
弯外壳动力钻具能提高增斜率,但钻具轴线不在一条直线上。本文用有限元基本理论,分析了弯外壳动力钻具的力学材性,着重讨论了弯外壳动力钻具的结构弯角、井斜角、稳定器间隙及钻铤刚度对弯外壳动力钻具增斜特性的影响。认为弯外壳动力钻具的增斜率随结构弯角增大而明显增加;工况相同时,双弯动力钻具增斜率比单弯动力钻具高约50%。井斜角小于60°时,随井斜角增加弯外壳动力钻具的增斜率明显增加;大于60°时,增斜率增加趋势减弱,甚至下降。稳定器间隙增加,弯外壳动力钻具的增斜率下降。动力钻具上面钻铤的刚度越小,增斜率越高。
PDM (Pooitive Displacement Motor) with bent housing can increase its building rate during direction drilling. This paper have analyzed the mechanics of PDM with bent housing on the basic theory of limited element method and focus on discussing the effects of structural angle, well angle and tolerance between well bore and stabilizers and stiffness of collar on building rate of PDM with bent housing. The results.shown the building up rate of PDM is increased with increment of its structural angle. Double angle PDM's built rate greater than single angle one's by 50% in the same condition.
