摘要
在认为油管总寿命是由裂纹萌生区和扩展区构成的理论基础上,文章用断裂力学法对各区域的疲劳寿命进行预测,分析影响其寿命的因素。认为裂纹萌生区寿命占总寿命的比例较大,因此,提高油管疲劳寿命时应针对影响裂纹萌生区寿命因素进行改善。
Basing on the theory that the tube＇s life is the crack＇s germination and expansion, we predicted each area＇s life and found the influencing factors of each term. Further more we think the crack＇s germination has much proportion in total life. So we should improve the influencing factors of the germination in order to prolong tubes＇ life.
