摘要
钻杆工具接头的抗扭强度普遍低于管体,为满足使用需要,考虑选择非API双台肩高抗扭矩接头。为此,使用I-DEAS和MARC两个大型有限元分析软件,在SGIINDIG02IMPACTR10000型工作站进行计算机仿真,对S-135钻杆接头双台肩齿面与台肩部位应力分布进行分析,并将计算结果与API标准接头进行对此。结果表明,双台肩工具接头的抗扭能力是API标准接头的1.5倍。
The torsional strength of the drill stem tool joint is generally lower than that of the pipe body thereof.To meet the need in this regard the non-API hi-torsional strength double shoulder connector is selected.Then two large-scale FE analyzing softwares named I-DEAS and MARC are used at the SGI INDIG02IMPACTR10000working station for relevant computerized simulation to analyze the stress distribution on the double shoulder tooth surface and in the shoulder area of the S-135drill stem connector.The result of the calculation is compared with the API standard connector,which has brought about such a conclusion that the torsional strength of the said double shoulder connector is as high as1.5times the API standard connector.
