摘要
钻杆接头是钻杆失效的主要部位,而影响接头受力的主要因素为接头螺纹。利用ANSYS有限元软件对螺纹的三种主要形式(台肩、锥度以及牙型)作了分析比较,为千米钻机钻杆的设计提供了重要的参考依据。
The drill-stem junction is the main position where the drill-stem failure appears, and then the major factor of forces suffered by the junction is the junction screw. The article analyses and compares the three screw types by the software ANSYS, including shoulder; taper and dentoform. This offers the important reference to the design of the drill stem in the kilometer drill.
