液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定葡萄酒中的赭曲霉毒素A残留 被引量:14

摘要 建立葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。该方法经HLB固相萃取柱净化样品,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(3.0×50mm,1.8μm)分离,流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液和甲醇(梯度洗脱),电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测。该方法的检出限0.20μg/L,方法定量下限0.20μg/L,线性范围0.20μg/L^100μg/L,加标回收率86.6%~91.0%,相对标准偏差为1.67%。 This thesis developed a LC-MS-MS method for Ochratoxin A residues in wines.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring.In the method,A sample was purifed with HLB SPE column,Chromatographic separation was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (3.0 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm)with elution of methanol-water containing 0.1 % acetic acid with gradient elution.The limit of detection is 0.20 μg/L and the limit of quantitation are 0.20 μg/L,The linear plots were obtained between 0.20 μg/L and 100.0 μg/L.Overall recoveries were between 86.6 %-91.0 %,and RSD value was 1.67 %.
