摘要
较详细地综述了国内外液相色谱 -质谱联用技术的发展现状、特点、仪器进展以及近年来在烟草行业中的应用 ,认为液相色谱 -质谱联用技术具有适应性广、分离和定性定量能力强、灵敏度高等优点 ,值得在烟草行业中推广应用。
The development, characteristics and instruments of the liquid chromatography\|mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and its recent application in tobacco industry are comprehensively reviewed. It is suggested that LC-MS is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical components in tobacco due to its versatile applicability, high sensitivity and strong separating power.
