摘要
建立了采用QuEChERS试剂盒对烟叶样品进行提取、净化,采用LC-MS/MS测定烟草中57种有机氮、有机磷农药分析方法。将烟草样品用水浸润后加入乙腈振荡,QuEChERS试剂盒提取、净化,以电喷雾正离子多反应检测方式(MRM)进行检测。结果显示57种农药在0.0003-0.5 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)在0.9935-0.9998,LOQ为0.006-0.169 mg/kg(S/N=10),加标回收率为65.2%-103.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%-8.6%。
QuEChERS extraction and LC-MS/MS approach for the determination of 57 pesticide residues in tobacco leaves was developed. Pesticide residues in tobacco samples were extracted and purified by QuEChERS kits and separated by 3.5μm column, followed by MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) test, and quantified by matrix-matched standard calibration. Results showed that the linear range was from 0.0003 to 0.5 mg/L. LOQ were 0.006-0.169 mg/kg (S/N=10), while average recovery rate ranged from 65.2% to 103.8% with relative standard deviations (RSD) from 1.9% to 8.6%.
