摘要
总结了近年来陕西省电力公司实施人力资源集约化管理取得的成效,结合陕西省电力公司的实际,分析了目前在人力资源集约化管理中存在的问题,并就全面推进人力资源集约化管理提出了相应对策。
The effect obtained in labor resources intensive management by Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation is summed up. Combined with the reality in Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation,the exited problems are analyzed.The corresponding measures are put forward for improving labor resources intensive management.
