摘要
基于陕西电力信息平台,开展人力资源信息管理战略转型研究,通过先进的理念导向,确立了人力资源信息战略管理的内容、范围、指标及目标值,阐述了通过信息平台实现战略管理转型的主要做法、工作流程、机构保障和绩效考核,并分析了实施战略管理转型的效果,为电力企业实现人力资源信息管理战略转型提供了很好的参考。
Based on electric power information platform in Shanxi province,this paper makes the study on strategic transformation of human resources information management.With the guidance of advanced concepts,the paper not only establishes target values and index for the human resources information management,but also expounds the main procedures,working process,assurance mechanism and performance appraisal by which to achieve the strategic transformation from present information platform.And then the paper also analyzes the effect gain from the strategic transformation,thus the reference for the strategic transformation of human resources information management is provided.
