摘要
在指出国家电网公司人力资源集约化管理重要意义的基础上,介绍了执行力、集约化管理的概念和内涵以及它们之间的关系,分析了陕西省电力公司在贯彻国家电网公司提出的人力资源集约化管理的目标过程中存在的问题,从如何培育员工队伍执行力建设入手,阐明提高执行力在人力资源集约化管理中的重要作用,并提出了当前基于战略执行的人力资源集约化管理。
Based on the significance of enterprise labor resources intensive management by State Grid Corp.,the paper introduces the concept,content of executive force intensive management,and the relation thereof.The problems exited in the labor resources intensive management target proposed by Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation are analyzed.Started from bringing up executive force of the staff,the significance of improving executive force in labor resources intensive management are elaborated,the countermeasures to implement labor resources intensive management are put forward.
