摘要
随着电力体制改革的深化,供电企业人力资源管理矛盾凸现。在分析供电企业人力资源现状的基础上,提出了一套适应于企业发展的供电企业人力资源开发模式。
With the deepening of electric power system reform, the contradiction of management of human resources in power supply enterprise becomes acute. Based on the analysis of current status of the human resources in power supply enterprise, a development mode for the human resources which adapts to enterprise development is proposed.
