摘要
综述了高粱红色素的主要成分及性质,高粱红色素在食品、医药、印刷业等领域的利用现状,高粱红色素的应用市场前景,为进一步开发利用高粱红色素提供参考。
This paper,mainly discussed the main componet and natrure of sorghum red pigment,and also introduced it＇s utilization in meat products,the medical field,food printing industry,etc. At last,discussed the direction of development of and marked potential application of the sorghum red pigment,in order to provide reference about the future devlopment and utilizatiom of sorghum red pigment.
