摘要
高粱红色素广泛应用于食品、药品、化妆品、染色剂等领域,其开发应用具有一定的前景。参考近年来的一些研究成果,综述高粱红色素的提取工艺、提取方法及其参数,以期对加强高粱红色素的提取及开发利用提供一定的参考价值。
Sorghum red pigment is widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics,dyes,etc.,and its development and application have certain prospects.With reference to some research results in recent years,the extraction process,extraction methods and parameters of sorghum red pigment were reviewed,which had certain reference value for enhancing the extraction and development of sorghum red pigment.
