摘要
基于对公共部门与私营部门概念的界定,分析了我国当前公共部门与私营部门激励机制的研究现状,阐述了激励机制的理论,并对二者进行了比较研究,从私营部门的角度出发提出了完善我国公共部门激励机制的建议。
On the basis of the definition of public and private sector,the paper analyzes the current research on the incentive mechanism of public and private sectors in China,expounds the theory of incentive mechanism and makes a comparative study of the two incentive mechanisms.Then from the perspective of the private sector a suggestion is put forward to perfect the incentive mechanism of the public sectors in China.
